4/3 with GBS seams (Glued and BlindStitched) are the perfect transitional wetsuit. 4mm neoprene through the core with 3mm neoprene in the arms; which depending on your sensitivity to the cold and your chosen activity is the ideal choice for water temperatures ranging from 11 or 12° celcius to 17°C.
The Surflite is the best value glued and blindstitched suit in the C-Skins range. For a small amount of extra money you can move up from your flatlock wetsuit and feel the real warmth benefit that can be achieved with a glued and blindstitched wetsuit. C-Skins have incorporated some really flexible neoprene in the upper body so you will not paddle like a robot.
